Atlas Ketamine — Ketamine Clinic in Glendale, AZ

I have had pain for over 10 years that made life hardly manageable to top off having fibromyalgia I have been dealing with neck pain for 6 years, I re injured myself and was referred by my old pain Dr to a spine surgeon who sent me to a different pain Dr for scs… mind you we were about 5 months in to unresolved pain and I was surviving off ibuprofen, Tylenol and steroids which caused horrible weight gain since just breathing hurt. The last Dr recommended the SCA and Ketamine infusions which I was apprehensive about and after some research I was willing to give it a try out of pocket of course. Then I was notified via text a day before my next Appointment that all appointments were canceled because I was not contracted with their office. I then did my own research and found Dr Ormond who is truly an angel. I had an appointment nearly right away for ketamine infusions. He and his staff are so welcoming, kind and efficient. He explained everything so perfectly and after one treatment I had 70% reduced pain.. by the 4th I felt better than I have in 15 years. I have now become a patient of his on the pain management side because I trust him and his staff. I was not just $ I was a human with them and I will gladly take the 1.5 hour drive to see a physician who makes you feel like you’re a human that matters. I will recommend him and his clinic to any and everyone in need of pain management.

Quick turnaround and really an awesome experience

Don’t go here. They say they are sending in referrals for procedures and 4 months later they haven’t submitted it and got mad at me for being upset about that. Dr Ormond was completely unprofessional. First tells me to schedule appointment just to call me the next day to discharge me. They don’t help people. They just want to bill you as much as possible by having you come in every week for the first 6 weeks
