DON'T BOTHER. Reached out several times 6 or 7. SENT ALL DOCUMENTS. LIKE REQUESTED Couldn't even bother to call back. Sent an email that my Medical records were not enough. They need to do a consult first? Unprofessional and unorganized? If the front office is like this... what is the procedure like?

I would not recommend this clinic. I first reached out to this clinic about two weeks ago. I initially spoke to a nurse practitioner named Jilanne. She was very nice and informative. As someone who suffers from chronic depression I felt hopeful after speaking to her. She then emailed me a long form to fill out with a description of how I am feeling, details about my depression, personal information, medications, etc. I took a good amount of time to answer every question and pour my heart into why I feel I am a good candidate for Ketamine treatments. So after submitting the form I didn’t hear anything back. I then emailed a woman named Lucy a few days later asking if they received my submission. Again no answer for a couple days. She then emailed me and said “Yes do you have a primary care physician?” No “Hi how are you”…”Sorry for the delay”….nothing. Very unwelcoming. (And I do have a PC as well as a psychiatrist). I then called the office and asked to speak to Jilanne again. Jilanne informed me that she would pass my information along to the doctor and someone would be in contact with me. It has been well over a week and I have heard nothing. When people are dealing with depression it takes a lot of effort to do anything. So to have a potential patient fill out an entire form with all of your information and in depth feelings and then to not even have the courtesy to follow up or return a phone call is just flat out wrong and extremely unprofessional. This clinic is one of the cheaper ones so maybe you get what you pay for. My advice is pay the little extra money to go to a clinic that actually cares and has professional welcoming staff. There are many others in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area that take pride in this treatment. Arizona Ketamine Treatment in Tempe has shown they are not one of those.

The staff and physicians here are amazing. They care very much about their patients. They are very flexible about scheduling and communicate very well.

Absolutely incredible! A.K.T.A.R.I. is currently treating a loved one of mine for chronic pain and PTSD. The staff is amazing, caring, and attentive. I sit with him through his treatments and not only is their level of care exceptional, but the ketamine treatment itself has done wonders for him in regard to both the pain, PTSD, and overall depression. I cannot say thank you enough- Jilanne (DNP) and Lucy have both gone above and beyond to provide the best care for him. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough about this amazing place and Jilanne and Lucy!! They are remarkable individuals and the treatments they administer have literally saved the life of a very dear friend. They have helped him both physically and mentally. I urge anyone looking for a relief from depression, PTSD, or pain to schedule an appointment with them! It will be the best thing you ever did for yourself!

This treatment changed my life. They’re the most affordable in the valley and it’s such a comfortable setting and atmosphere. They take great care of you before and after so that it’s an extremely comfortable experience. I would absolutely recommend trying this if you struggle with mental health issues.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! The staff are so caring and genuine. The results of the treatments are astonishing!! This should be a staple in mental health care treatment options and insurance should cover this! I could get out of bed and didn't have feelings of hopelessness, worthlessness, deep depression, suicidal ideation, etc. And this was after the first treatment! It only gets better from there. Please give this a try if you can, you won't be disappointed.

First time in 20 years that I didn’t have severe winter depression. I totally enjoyed the sessions as they were quite eye opening ! Staff is excellent. I will return!
