Feeling a lot better

I signed up and received my first and only 1 month supply used it twice and decided it wasn’t for me. Called the guy who I spoke with a few weeks before and told him I no longer needed their product or service a year and a half later I find thousands of dollars they stole from my HRA account. Of course I called them and they refused to return my money. They said they were charging me for being available for support even though I made it clear I no longer needed them. I had to cancel my HRA card so they wouldn’t rob me anymore. So disgusted. I might seek a Lawyer.

Horrible customer service. It is a prepay company. However, if you cancel in the middle of your subscription, they will cut you off and not honor the rest of your month. They are based in California, so you do the math. Worst state in the Union.

This place is a SCAM taking advantage of people suffering from PTSD. They keep taking money from my account 3 months after I have canceled. I was told to stop treatment from my surgeon because it will interfere with my surgery. They said no problem just don't request a refill. So I didn't, yet they still today try to take money from my account 2-4 times a month. They are predators praying on PTSD suffers. It is pathetic

Had an amazing experience with this therapy. Really helped me tune into by body and make the choices and alignment I needed to with ease

I have motivation/energy to get out of bed. I’m more talkative. The weight of my past traumas are slightly lifted. Definitely helping with the winter blues.

The people at Joyous are compassionate and professional. And I've responded very well to their treatment. I'm feeling less anxious and more focused. I strongly recommend them.
