Bespoke is 100% the best place to get TMS. I was very nervous to start TMS, and went to a few other places before deciding on Bespoke so it wasn't a light decision for me. I was having horrible insomnia and depression, and very resistant to all meds. I was in a very bad place. Bespoke made the entire process with insurance and getting started very easy, and they are very responsive if you have any questions. The best part about Bespoke is they actually want to help you get better, and review your symptoms as treatment goes on and change the TMS as needed. I felt very supported every step of the way. The TMS tech is so in-tune with mental health issues and made me feel so comfortable. Every person there truly cares. I am finishing up my TMS cycle soon, and I am feeling much better. TMS is amazing for anyone who can't tolerate meds-I had no side effects. I also think their TMS machine is top notch compared to other places. I will forever be grateful to bespoke for helping be on my mental health journey.

The clinic is clean and generally well-run. I have a complicated medical case, and unfortunately, the care I received from some doctors did not meet my needs and caused me significant distress. I felt my situation wasn’t handled with the care or understanding it required. Because of this, I’ve chosen to continue my treatment elsewhere.

I have had many TMS sessions and various providers do my TMS over the years. In my case, I needed a customized protocol because my brain is sensitive. In the end, Ben Spielberg was the only would who could get it right, fixing my insomnia. He also uses the best machine out there, called the cloud machine. It made a huge difference as well. I feel so blessed to have found the team at Bespoke Treatment . Words alone cannot express all they do ! I’ve never had much luck with Other mental health therapists and Shrinks who I’ve found to be usually very detached and either just go through the motions or misdiagnose you because they are never really invested . Dr Moussai is a life saver and the rest of the therapists such as Alan and Jesse are all uniquely equipped to make you feel like you are in the hands of someone who knows their stuff and wants you to succeed . Some of them have top notch credentials from places like Yale and Harvard , but what really stands out is ALL the staff are extremely passionate about their particular area of expertise. It’s rare to find a mental health option offering so many potential different modalities/ options of cutting edge intensive treatment customized to suit your own unique profile. If you are fortunate enough to have the privilege to partake in the Bespoke Treatment program and are willing to be vulnerable, GO DEEP and put in the necessary WORK , it may change the course of your life for the better like it did mine !
