I was going to strongly consider using this clinic as somehow who has gotten pain relief ketamine infusions for years. However I am unable to look at your website and schedule because your AI features on your website don’t work or load. It’s unfortunate when a business seems good, but I’m soured by the use of AI. I know I’m not alone in not wanting to give my money to places that use AI. I was already in a “oh boo they’re using ai for medical stuff” zone, then it just didn’t work at all, so I’ll look for another clinic. Just a lil fyi as a consumer who vehemently hates ai

Everyone who works at his practice is just like Dr. Mahjoubi--smart, great to work with and they answer every call, text or email nearly instantly EVERY time. After finding him online while in the throes of a brutal migraine (I suffer from cluster migraines), not only did he answer my email in UNDER 5 minutes (and each one thereafter just as quickly!) we had a video call the next day--on a Saturday at 7 am. And that was before I was even a patient!! In addition, the compound pharmacy he uses is just as spectacular as Dr. Mahjoubi and his staff. In one day they processed my prescription and had it out to me using UPS. And I love that everyone at his practice and the pharmacy they use, use texting for communication.
