My experience was very disappointing- actually I felt betrayed! I received Spravato treatment at Siyan. It was completely life changing. I went from daily suicidal ideation to feeling like a complete, whole person. Then after 9 months of treatment, they announced my treatment was ending- and would give no explanation other than “it was policy “ I was crushed- and asked staff and my assigned doctor why. Why would a treatment that was so successful be stopped- but no answer! I left multiple phone messages for Dr. Shah, CEO, but NONE were returned. I contacted Johnson & Johnson to see if there was a mandated limit on treatment. I was told there was not. I contacted my insurance company, who assured me I was still covered for the treatment. During a 7 month period, I went from a whole, fulling functioning happy person, to the dark, black place I had been previously for so many years. I am now being treated at another facility, which is head-and-shoulders better in every way. Cleaner, much more attentive, and they even provide weekly integration meetings. The only reason I am giving this clinic 2 stars is because the two techs that attended to my treatment were wonderful and lovely people (Wendy and Laura)
