Ketamine has infinite therapeutic value and has had a substantial impact on my life, breaking down the emotional prison my treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and anxiety erected and held me captive in for a decade. Give it a shot - don’t quit before 4-5 sessions. It takes some time to adapt and get comfortable with losing control/surrendering to the journey. Once a therapeutic dose is found and you get in the rhythm - you won’t go back to the pill bottles and therapy, I assure you.
