The team here are like family, I'm very grateful for their personal touch.

So I didn't visit this place directly, but, rather, my child visited the therapist upstairs. My child is potentially on the spectrum of autism. His therapist incorporates play therapy, and being that he is 5, he sometimes has a propensity to jump or hop down from something (or just sit down with a thud). Well, the lady who works at this place has proceeded to either bang on the ceiling or walk upstairs with this entitled attitude like it is not a shared office. There is no insulation in the ceiling, so of COURSE it is loud. Further, the children these therapists are working with already have a hard time processing and dealing with explosions of emotion, and these types of people make it all that much harder. There are no questions, no politeness, nothing. Just entitlement as if she owns the building. SUPER frustrating and I'm hopeful that she understands what she's doing to these kids with her behavior and attitude.

For the first time since my aniexty & depression started I feel relief..

I am only now finding out that I can only get nasel spray 3 times before they require me to get an infusion! I was Never told this! Now that I’m healing, after 11 infusions, I am told I can’t have anymore nasel spray until I get another infusion!😖😫😠. In the beginning, they said after your 11 infusions, you will be given nasel spray to use when needed. If you feel like you need it, use it! If you feel it’s not working for you anymore, your body will tell you, it’s time for an infusion! You will know when you need an infusion, if the spray isn’t working. Now that I’m healing, I can’t continue to get better until I get yet another infusion! EVEN THOUGH THE SPRAY HAS BEEN WORKING FINE FOT ME! I’ll drop another chunk of change to get another infusion so I can get the spray!

The staff is really nice and they go out of their way to make everyone comfortable. The ketamine iv infusions have made a huge difference with my depression. I was refer anyone I know who is considering doing ketamine iv infusions to this place.

I can’t say enough about this clinic. The ladies administering the treatment are compassionate and were willing to answer any questions to set my mind at ease. The office was clean and comfortable. I would refer anyone to this clinic for these truly life changing infusion.
