When I first discovered this clinic, I was in one of the darkest places imaginable — completely suicidal and terrified for myself. I had just left a rehab facility that I thought would help with mental health, but it turned out to be something very different, and I left after only being there for 24 hours. I didn’t know where else to turn. I called the Boise Ketamine Clinic and got an appointment even though I honestly couldn’t afford it at the time. The treatment series cost a couple thousand dollars, which felt overwhelming — but it ended up being the best investment I’ve ever made in myself. It completely changed my life. During one of my early treatments, I truly thought I was dying - “Oh, how things in my mind suddenly flipped.” It was an intense, life-changing experience that I still don’t fully have words for. But from that point on, something shifted in me. My trauma, my anxiety, my PTSD — all of it started to finally make sense and heal in ways that years of therapy had only touched on. Since then, this clinic has carried me through so much — including a breast cancer diagnosis and surgeries, on top of already surviving stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma when I was 19. She is one of the most genuine, knowledgeable, and compassionate people I’ve ever met. She has spent so much time talking with me, sharing her wisdom, and offering guidance that has deeply inspired and comforted me. Her dedication to helping people heal is truly life-changing. The rest of the team is just as incredible. Marcela is an amazing nurse — kind, attentive, and skilled. The front desk staff is always accommodating, warm, and genuine. They go above and beyond to make every visit feel comfortable and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about this team. I only wish this treatment was more widely available and covered by insurance, because everyone deserves the chance to experience this level of healing. I’m currently finishing the final stages of my breast cancer surgeries, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t have made it this far mentally or emotionally without Boise Ketamine Clinic. Boise ketamine clinic has changed my life. I went to another ketamine clinic before and they were horrible. This clinic has been so flexible and supportive. Words cannot describe how amazing BKC is. The office is always incredible clean and comfortable. You are in individual rooms with doors shut while on your healing journey. Every single staff member that I have come in contact with has made me feel so taken care of, valued, and cared for. I have never once felt like I was just being rushed along and rushed out. While everyone’s experience is different, I appreciate the wide variety of options that they have to help you take care of yourself. I came in shy, hesitant, and nervous of what it was going to look like. Since then, I have only been met with kindness and sincerity. Due to the nature of what BKC does, it everyone’s treatment looks a little different. For me, I enjoyed being in their comfortable recliners, watching their lights on the ceilings, and the freedom to do what makes me comfortable. I love that I was able to be by myself while recording treatment all while having staff only a button press away. They provide music, blankets, weighted blankets, pillows, little snacks if you need them, candy to suck on, music, and more. I have never felt less like a burden. It felt like the staff knew me by name and made an effort to get to know me and my preferences. It created a safe environment for me to ask questions and do what I needed to do. I could not recommend them enough. I am actually sad I will no longer get to see them as regularly!

The staff here are very professional and extremely nice and caring it almost makes you want to stay there even when sessions are done Spravato is extremely effective in treating depression and anxiety majority of side effects wear off in 1-2 hours lingering side effects wear off in 3-4 hours I got to meet the owner she is very nice and she is extremely educated any questions you may have she has the answer all around highly recommend this clinic

Whie the Boise Ketamine clinic staff were kind, ketamine was not a good fit for my son. After having extensive blood work and genetic testing done through a functional medicine practitioner, it turns out my son processes dopamine very slowly. His system was already flooded with dopamine and ketamine was the last thing he needed. In fact, it threw him into psychosis. The clinic believed that his psychosis was a positive result of trauma coming to the surface, but in fact it was dopamine induced psychosis. It’s taking months to try to re-regulate his dopamine levels. I highly recommend you do in-depth bloodwork to find out what’s going on with your body before spending thousands to have ketamine treatment that may be detrimental.
