PERMA Mental Health & Ketamine Clinic — Ketamine Clinic in Twin Falls, ID

I was billed for something that they never provided for me in the office. I can't seem to contact anyone to have them explain what the charges were for. They are not even a better business bureau credited business and the ketamine is not a real medication. I saw someone break down in the Twin falls office and they said she needed to pay upfront for the treatment which is BS. Scammers.

I've had horrible experience here. Julie Atkins is cool tho she will write you prescriptions to literally whatever you want. I'm pretty sure it's illegal what she s doing.

Everyone there in the office was kind. The biggest issue i have with Perma Mental Health is that after stating all of the ongoing traumatic things in my life that has caused my prior diagnosises, I was immediately offered ketamine. (They only want to medicate you basically) two days into taking half a tablet of the anti depression and anti psychotic meds, I was at work when I experienced a 3 minute life threatening seizure. This was my first ever seizure. I have never had this happen before in all my life except for when I was seen at Perma Mental Health. If you want someone to actually talk to about traumas you have experienced and not nearly die from medications, I would highly reccomend not coming here. Like I said before everyone was kind, but I will not be coming back.

I came in for a review of my medications because I was seriously depressed and needed help. The front desk staff were attentive, kind and professional. My provider was knowledgeable, listened to me and took her time helping me. I didn't feel rushed. I appreciate their support after the devastating loss of my mother.

I have been with these guys for a little while for help with some PTSD and extreme anxiety disorder have done wonders to help me you're definitely a good place to go if you need that type of help.

They are nice, but talking to anyone and trying to get help is frustrating. Have recieved ketamine with and use them to refill medicine. Ketamine was fine at first, but they didn't take my side effects seriously. Can't get a hold of the doctor directly so asking about side effects seems pointless. Had to just head directly to primary care. Furthermore it takes calling several times to get my medicine refilled and by that point I have to go without.

Very good doctor. She is great with me and my brother. Would 100% recommend.
