Will make a long story short. They do not care at all. I have been seeing them for over 10 years. I ran out of anxiety medication on Wednesday and called for a refill on Wednesday. By Friday I had not heard anything so I called them. They said they would not refill as I had not been seen for 3 months. I didn’t know that it had been that long and I didn’t know that was a rule but the receptionist said I signed it when I filled out the paperwork 10 years ago. Ha as if I should remember. I didn’t think it would be a big deal not taking it for a few days but my anxiety went sky high, I could barely form sentences, my head felt full, my heart pounding ears ringing, sleeplessness etc. I looked up Klonopin withdrawal and it said to never go off of it abruptly that it could cause all those symptoms along with seizures and strokes. I called the office again Saturday and told them how rough it had been for me and I just needed a few pills until my appointment. Flat out I asked for 2. She said she’d leave a message with Isha but no one ever got back to me. I could literally die and they do not care. The only reason got my prescriptions from Dr. Malik was because it was easier to get my prescriptions from one place. I can get them from my care facility. The Dr office can look up all my medications and see I’m not abusing them. I get my refills every 30 days. I don’t ask for increases. I don’t asked for anything extra. They want me to do ketamine therapy or other types of therapy other than the antidepressant I’m on because it will make them more money. They just care about the money. They couldn’t care less of you live or die. The least they could do is call you back. The very least. They can’t even do that. Zero stars if I could.
