If you are a Veteran looking for Ketamine Infusion Therapy this clinic has JUST started working with the VA. This is the ONLY clinic in the Chicagoland area that does so as of this date. Every other clinic charges Veterans $400-600 PER infusion, doesn't work with insurance or the VA.
