Closed/sold ownership without informing patients. My info was given to the new management without my permission. I asked for a copy of the privacy policy I signed stating they could do that and was blocked. I reached out to the previous owner Clint (who owns chains of ketamine clinics) and he did not respond. It should be noted that the operation they had was dangerous. The only info they asked for at appointments was your credit card. they did no medical or mental health screening prior to infusions and didn't even screen to see if people were pregnant. The nurses regularly complained about Clint and how they could not keep up with the work and that he never came around after opening. I was also told info about other patients. For example, that the guy next door was now coming every other week (even though he used to come every other month) because they were "his only friends" and how he lost his job blah blah blah. How he was really loud so they gave him Phenergan so he'd be quiet. So basically they were giving a guy a literal IV controlled substance, more often than he needed, because he was lonely. They also shared info about how their ketamine therapy was a scam. How the patients could never even really talk and how the random Telehealth person they used was always late. They also admitted knowing there is no evidence for doing longer infusions, but that they sell them anyway at an increased price.

This place helped me get my life back. The staff is incredible. I cant recommend this experience and location enough for people suffering with mental health

First two infusions were great but unable to reach anybody at this office for a week. I'm concerned either something is wrong with them inside the building or they've closed for good. I've paid for a total of six infusions and stopped by because I was unable to reach them and there's three different UPS stickers on the door dating back a week ago. Nothing on their voicemail says anything about them being on vacation. I'll update my rating depending on the outcome. Edit... They do leave on vacations so scheduling can be tricky. But you do need to plan ahead. But I will say is I don't trust anybody else with my treatment but this place. They are caring. + Trained in critical care so you're safe with staff that are there when you go through emotional breakthrough.

These nurses know their stuff and are incredibly kind, professional and reassuring. Cannot say enough good things!

Josh is so nice and the clinic is very accommodating with scheduling! Josh always thoroughly answers my questions, tells me what he’s doing or going to do, and does a great job making the experience relaxing. I highly recommend!

I’m halfway through my infusions and I can already feel a significant difference. I am grateful. I’ve struggled with depression and just wanting to be here and live life for many, many, many years. I’ve had no quality of life for so long. My sadness and anxiety is pretty much gone at this point. It’s mind blowing if I’m being honest. I feel stronger mentally and emotionally, I’m able to stand in line at the grocery store without having a panic attack. My desire to socialize and do fun things is starting to come back. I’m not waking up wishing I hadn’t. So to me, that’s amazing. Antidepressants have never really helped me much. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity to have this treatment. I honestly feel like it’s saving my life. I highly recommend anyone who struggles like I do to give it a try. I’ve lived life through the perspective of my trauma for years. This treatment feels like it taking the grey colored glasses off my eyes, making my vision clear again. I feel more content than I can remember ever feeling. It’s nothing short of a miracle.

Wonderful clinic. Josh and Kerrie are great to work with and made me feel so comfortable. They were able to provide flexibility, answer all of my questions and help me feel completely at ease with treatment. So grateful for HKW!
