Ketamine Infusion Solutions — Ketamine Clinic in Wichita, KS

Went here because I needed help soon. I have PTSD and severe hard to treat depression for 20 years. He played God and deemed me not worthy so he upped my ketamine dose to 250mg my last 3 appointments. I felt like I was in a car wreck I hurt so badly everywhere but kept going back. I was left with"rolling" headaches for 8 months. Ryan called me an anomaly but I wasn't given the proper chance to get well. The place I go to now where going to start me out at 50mg and said there was no reason they could think of hwhy he

First. Dr Ain was great. He did what he could but just could not resolve the issue. Both times I saw him for injections he was professional. Everybody in my informal network says he is great. I have a high degree of confidence with him. My problem was with the office at Comprehensive Pain Treatment (AKA Ketamine Infusion Solutions). There is clearly a office administration issue here. I had two appointments with Ryan at 9AM. He was an hour late for one and 1 hour 18 minutes late for the last one. I do not believe that he was ever less than 45 minutes late for any appointment I ever had there. I can certainly say he was always significantly late. I never received a call back same day when I called in and left a message - even if it was in the morning. Patient portal communication was hit and miss. Two of my messages were responded to the next day, in one case I left a message on January 7th and received a response on January 21st. When Aetna rejected the MRI's CPT wanted to do and requested a peer to peer with CPT. According to Aetna they refused. Aetna actually has documented that CPT "hung up" on them when they requested additional documentation. In response to this I got all my documentation together and gave a copy to Ryan and got a specific promise from Ryan that he would do a peer to peer. He did not. I had to get all my medical documentation together and do a written appeal with Aetna in order to get the MRI's. I don't know how they are with others or if I am an outlier. In my case CPT was terrible.

They don’t even deserve one tenth of a star. I suggest recording every appointment you have with these people because they’ll turn you into the “bad guy” and put lies in your mouth every step of the way. They don’t care about their patients they care about their paychecks. Dr Ain signs off on notes when you never even meet him. They can’t keep their facts straight so they embellish them and leave out details to turn patients to pill seekers because they don’t care. Using the same needle 3 times for injections isn’t good practice it’s cutting corners. Be sure to label your UAs because they don’t and won’t.

This is the worst clinic I have ever been to.
