Call in the office to see why I was Charged 75.00 ? I talked with Zach- He said it was for a late/ No show fee. I then ask how much my co - Pay was. Zach said it was 30.00 Co- Pay. I ask when I have had to wait over for The therapist on a couple of occasions and I’ve showed up late getting home to my babysitter and had to pay extra. I didn’t charge them and does he think that it would be fair for them to reimburse me? He said no he does not think that they should have to reimburse anyone for being late and having to pay the babysitter extra. So with that said, please do your due diligence . I had my credit card removed today. I just need to go online and make sure it was removed, but I did request it not to be in their system and definitely will never go back. It’s sad cause I did like the therapist, but unfortunately, sometimes your office will cost you in the interim. So I definitely wouldn’t say that this is called customer service! And I certainly would understand the charge of $75 if it was a on going problem of a no show or always late.

tl;dr AVOID AT ALL COSTS- they will accuse you of the same concerns you share with them in session. They need to be shut down, and Terry Hagan and Melissa Velasco need to be stripped of their licenses. I am a former client of Hagan Health. I genuinely believe that they choose to prioritize money over the well-being of their clients. As someone with OCD, I had been working with Melissa Velasco for ~2 years, and was always upfront about all other medications. I had confided to her about a fear of developing and addiction, which for the 2 years I saw her, she was able to help me understand it was a fear and not a reality. Flash forward to June of this year. I take stimulants for my narcolepsy, and have always been upfront about this condition. Melissa and her staff were unsuccessful at getting my needed prescriptions. After calling the pharmacist, they made me aware Melissa had never called, and her staff claimed no knowledge of me having narcolepsy, which I’ve been diagnosed with for 5 years. Melissa proceeded to accuse me of being an addict, without any prior conversation to allow for my explanation. She demanded to call my neurologist, who had been prescribing other narcolepsy medication during time at Hagan, because she believed I was abusing two stimulants at once. Again, without ever asking me. My neurologist was confused at her reaction, and thankfully I have been able to continue with both the medications I was taking from my neuro, and the medications I received from Hagan Health. Because of her validation for the two years that I had been upfront about both my diagnosis and other medication, she decided to act in a way that goes beyond professional standards, so I immediately discontinued services. I tried going to the KY licensing board and other avenues for some type of justice, but never received an update on the case. This is a questionable practice who, in my experience, benefits off people by keeping emotionally unstable people (clients) in states of panic, fear, and trauma that they “try to treat.” I hope there has been serious and intensive training since June, but I am thankful to no longer be a patient.

After working with their group for years, called with an issue, no call back. Took my insurance company to call on a 3 way and finally answered. Even after that, not even a call from the office. Mental health is no joke. I’m going to file grievances everywhere I can. Mental health is no joke

I have been going to Hagan Health for a few years now and I have never had a bad experience. The atmosphere is very clean and relaxing. The front office staff is so friendly and welcoming. I see Melissa and she is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I feel like I’m catching up with a friend when I see her. She always starts off where we left off and genuinely asks how I am doing. Whenever I am struggling with anything she gives me great advice. I would definitely recommend Hagan Health!!

I have my life back thanks to Hagan Health and TMS Therapy. Thank you Hailey, Dr. Hagan and Vern. Professional and caring.

Around April of 2022 I did a google search of the different treatments for depression. I happened to stumble across Hagan Health and TMS therapy. I am so very grateful that I played Dr. Google that day!! Dr. Terry Hagan is the BEST! I may like Rosie a smidge more but it's very close! Dr. Hagan is professional. Dr. Hagan has always made me feel heard and he has always made me feel that my mental health was a priority!! His office staff is kind, professional and don't get me started on Jesse!! Dr. Hagan hit it out of the ballpark with Jesse, literally!! I would like to add that since August of 2022 (after completing TMS) I am medication free after 20 years on antidepressants!! DEPRESSION IN REMISSION!! Now, if I could just talk Dr. Hagan into talk therapy all would be right in my world!!! Call Hagan Health and get your life back!!! TGE

My husband and I are going to truly miss Doc Hagan, Doc Melissa, Hailey, Jessie, and the rest of staff. The ONLY reason we are leaving is due to moving out of state! Doc Hagan and Melissa and staff are the finest in all of Louisville Kentucky! Hailey and Jessie are a joy...they make the atmosphere very relaxing and welcoming. We are truly going to miss everyone.
