I’ve been here nearly a year. This clinic’s biggest downfall will be their stupid and senseless policies concerning rescheduling appointments as well as their remarkable talent to make excuses whenever a valid issue is presented. Expect to have your card charged over and over because of things that have nothing to do with you. “Unfortunately, it’s just our policy” is always the response. There seems to be no decent communication happening between the practice representatives and clinicians. As a result you as a patient will suffer. They have failed to hold any regard for my circumstances yet I have had to give grace for providers who cancel same day consistently. Life happens. We get it. Give your patients the same grace. The people at this clinic had initially shown themselves to be decent people, but how decent can you be when you don’t consider your patients? Does kindness really exist when you don’t give your patients the same respect they give you? Remember you guys that at the end of the day this is a business. Your money is going into their pockets and you should be listened to. If you plan to start treatment here, be prepared to constantly be inconvenienced and come out of pocket over a policy that is unreasonable.

I can’t recommend aster mental health enough. I love my work with my therapist Tiffanie! I love my psychiatrist as well. After going through other providers for treatment, I realize this is the best quality of care I have ever received.
