I’m disgusted with the customer service. I put my boyfriend’s contact information down to get more information regarding your treatment. He’s done through something similar and was interested in trying it. Someone named BOB from your location reached out tonight and I was right here listening to the conversation. My boyfriend asked if you took insurance and Bob said no and that the cost of the treatment was $3000 for 6 weeks. I then hear my boyfriend kindly mention he has a child and one on the way and unfortunately cannot afford that right now but thank you and Bobs response was “so you’re just going to continue to suffer?” That is the most insensitive, disrespectful response anyone could have in regards to someone’s mental health. My boyfriend has gone through years of treatments, TMS therapy, rehabs all which have been helpful in many ways, and I’ve never heard someone be so rude and out of bounds with just a mere sentence. You work for a place that is supposed to be for wellness and mental health. Replace Bob, and train the people representing your business better.
