Hideous. Worst experience of my life. This place is dangerous.

Great place for Spravato treatments. Staff are great!

UPDATE: downgrading the review to one star based on the fact that around 9 months after I finished seeing anyone at this place, they continue to try to charge me for appointments. This is despite them admitting that I completed a payment plan and can't owe them money. Last time I reviewed, they called me and apologized, saying they were in the process of changing their billing system. Months later, I continue to get billed on their old system and when I called, I discovered they haven't changed billing providers. They need to, because this is ridiculous. ORIGINAL REVIEW I had two major issues with the care I received here: billing inaccuracies and errors costing me $800, and treatment that was suboptimal. 1. The billing department messed up constantly. I was told that my treatments were 100% covered by insurance. I found out otherwise when the billing department charged my credit card without my consent. Thus began a process in which I would get charged, they'd refund the charge and apologize (promising it wouldn't happen again), and then I'd get charged, again. This occurred 5 times. Then the tune changed and instead of owing $0 in copays I owed $800! I requested a discount and they refused. I asked for a payment plan repeatedly and just finally got them to agree to one, around a month after first asking for it. Additionally, they billed some of the procedures incorrectly, which has resulted in me spending hours on the phone with their billing department and my insurance company. 2. The actual care was suboptimal. I never met with a doctor in the entire time I was there, even when the PA said they'd never seen the side effects I was experiencing before. I understand that PAs are very important providers in the healthcare system, but the seeming lack of willingness to bring in a physician was concerning to me.

Dr. Schmale and everyone at the clinic are super nice and friendly and make me feel really comfortable every time I go for treatment. I always look forward to my visits. I've had a tough time with depression and anxiety for as long as I can remember. But ever since I started getting ketamine treatment and adjusted my medication with their help, I've been feeling much better. I'm really thankful for everything they've done for me. They've made a big difference in how I feel.

Wonderful staff, they treat you as of you were the most important patient.
