It was impossible to schedule a follow up appointment after my initial one. It took two different emails to get an explanation of what happened. This place is extremely unprofessional.

The people who work here are especially kind. I am currently about to be in my second appointent and the way they treat people is genuinely moving. 😁

My adult child had an emotionally rough couple of weeks, and while waiting for their treatment, someone from their team stopped in the lobby. She offered kind words and brought a feeling of hope. She even gave me a hug and reminded me that I’m doing everything right. This journey has been a long and difficult one, but with the staff at Optimed I don’t feel like we’re doing this alone

Can’t say enough great things about my experience with the OptiMed team over the past several months, especially Desiree and Jason. I was forced to switch medications which kicked off a very stressful and long complicated process of being approved for the new meds. Multiple parties were involved and few were helpful or had answers. Once the OptiMed team was introduced everything got easy. They never left me in dark and always had answers. Call or text I never once spoke with an Ai bot or an automated phone system, always an actual person. OptiMed over delivered and exceeded expectations. They are the standard for how pharmacies should service customers.

Dave is truly amazing !! He is a genuine guy who isn't just doing this for a paycheck. You can truly tell he cares about the well being of people in the Kalamazoo community. I've always had great experiences here from the start , highly recommend using this facility all around.

Optimed is very easy to work with and very efficient on working with their patients and the doctors to coordinate care. I've had the pleasure of working with Marisa, Teresa , and Lauriel, in order to get my Iron infusion going immediately. I love the fact that the atmosphere is cozy and the infusion center is easy to get to from the main roadway. It's about 2 minutes from the main highway too.

Everyone is very kind and patient. I have never spoken to nicer, more helpful people. They truly try to make life easier!
