Friendly and cooperative staff, I've never had a bad experience and they have always done their best to make me comfortable and feel at home.

Each person I’ve had the pleasure of meeting at this office has been extremely kind and helpful. After searching for a few years I finally found both a psychiatrist and a therapist that I click well with. Even other clients have been kind! One of my favorite things is you can text the front desk for appointments/help. I always forget to schedule appointments during office hours, being able to text them means I can contact them anytime I remember and they’ll get back to me the next business day!

I’ve been going to verve for over 3 years and have met with Cari Ott and Sarah Murphy. Both are excellent providers and the front desk is always kind and polite when asking questions, scheduling appointments, or submitting a refill request.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience with my psychiatrist here but it seems almost every appointment, oversight or technical problems come into play with billing. All but one of the times I’ve tried to set up a payment plan, I ended up going into the negative from being charged the full payment and not the agreed payment. I agreed to $25 payments on the 18th each month and just got charged today on the 5th for $100. The amount of times things like this has happened now over multiple years has just absolutely blown my mind. It really feels like a slap in the face from people who make more money than most people with mental illness and rely on their services can. I feel safe saying financial problems are in the top 2-3 reasons adults go into depression or want to harm themselves and in my eyes it’s so absolutely unacceptable. It might be hard and nerve-wracking finding and meeting a new doctor that works for me but I think I’m at the end of my rope. I would not recommend this business to someone I cared about.
