I have been at Memor Health since before this new location. They are all fabulous! They know you and are eager and willing to help you even when you I have out of the ordinary requests. The therapists and the Psychiatrist are in constant communication, so mental health services are coordinated and thorough. I fully recommend their services. It is the highest quality of mental health services anywhere.

After filling out all of their forms answering all of their questions giving them my insurance information. I was told they didn't have any availability or that were scheduling far out and it wasn't even an option for me to schedule when they had availability for TMS Treatment. And before they even contact you they want you to fill out of these forms with really personal information that should really be given in an initial consultation. So I would say their beside manner is horrible. Or their interest in actual patient care is horrible. Patient care has gone so far downhill these days. I'm actually glad it turned out this way.

I had recently moved to Reno from the east coast. The stress of the move, the holidays, and dark winter greatly impacted my mood. Fortunately, I found Dr. Kaunismaki and Memor Health. Starting with the first call for an appointment, I have been treated with kindness and respect. Dr. K spent a lot of time with me getting a detailed history, including requesting my medical records. Her thoroughness, compassion, and support gave me confidence that I was receiving excellent care. All of my questions, from medication to billing, are promptly answered. All of the staff that I have interacted with have been lovely. The facility is calming, clean, and well maintained. It has been a very positive experience and I am very grateful.

Great office. I have received therapy from two qualified professionals at this location. Thanks to the help I receive here I have been able to get sober and begin dealing with my prolonged grief.
