I am a current patient and I cannot praise these wonderful people in this office enough!! Dr.Taub is honest, well knowledged, kind and trustworthy! I was nervous going the first time, but he made me feel so comfortable. The nursing staff(Anthony, Ebony, etc) are AMAZING! They know their patients so well! They're also HILARIOUS and very fun to interact with. I absolutely adore the ENTIRE staff, including the therapy dogs. I have dealt with chronic pain for over 20 years and the ketamine therapy has actually given me my life back. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I'm so glad I chose this office!

I have only done one Nebulizing treatment and getting the lozenges ordered, I just need to rave on my experience so far. The lady doing my consultation over the phone was so kind, non-judgmental, and informative. She explained the services offered in office and at home very thoroughly, and any specifics I had, or concerns about the medication. Very down to earth. The day of my in person treatment, I got the nicest nurse, Ebony. She made me feel comfortable and made me laugh right after treatment. She also attended to me before my telehealth visit with Dr T, and she was very friendly again and remembered me! I got to share the productivity spurt I noticed right after my first in office treatment. She was very encouraging. Dr Taubs is also very nice and easy to talk to! I’ve met him once in person and once for a telehealth. I felt comfortable telling him my history as well. I am excited to come back to (hopefully) share more progress! Thank you guys!

Dr Taub is a good doctor but the ladies at the front are not very welcoming and the whole time during my treatment all i could hear was these 2 ladies yapping and arguing going back and forth. Definitely not an environment conducive to a a psychedelic ketamine session. The front part of the office was kinda dirty and not very inviting. Again the nurse who cared for me along with Dr Taub were nice and helpful. I have very mixed feelings about this place.

Dr. Taub is a wonderful and kind doctor. He has an amazing staff, everyone made me feel so welcomed and so comfortable. I highly recommend his office, he goes the extra mile, which is hard to find these days. He deserves 10 stars!

Great place. I have had six ketamine infusions here so far and have found Dr. Taub and team to be knowledgeable, attentive to my needs, and responsive. The PAs are supportive and have *exceptional* bedside manner, which is crucial for a treatment like this. Your mileage may vary, but for me the treatment has been very effective - I've seen a noticeable drop in symptoms after two weeks.

Please look into other clinics before deciding on this one. Ive been going here for a few years and it's never quite felt comforting or welcoming (except for a former employee named Shelly, she was great) From the front desk, to the nurse, to Dr. Taub himself. Which is unfortunate because I really liked Dr. Taub in the beginning, but he now seems disinterested in former patients and I question his decision making when it comes to hiring a staff. I would strongly suggest speaking with other clinics before deciding on this one.

Year 2020 ... Ketamine Infusions have not been as effective this year when compared to 2019. I'm uncertain as to why ... perhaps there's diminishing returns or reduced potency? BUT it is still more effective (with opioids) in managing pain than the Opcipital Nerve Blocks + opioids. However, the forced 30% reduction opioid medication resulted in bouts of extreme pain, inability to maintain my home and loss of consciousness on 4 occasions in 2020. Scariest episode was at in November at 8:30pm. I passed out in the street while trying to return home from walking my dog. The Ketamine Infusion was highly effective in reducing my Occidental Nerve pain - when combined with my opioid regiment (which was reduced by 30% due to the current hysteria over abuse). The Ketamine Infusion gives me greater relief than Occipital Nerve Blocks and work twice as long (8 to 12wks vs 4 to 5 wks).
