This place is wonderful. The staff is so nice, and everyone is professional. I never had to wait, and the environment is very calm and relaxing. Lori was awesome, and I’m so happy she didn’t give up on me. I can’t recommend them enough. Exomind was everything it promises.

I write this on the eve of the new year. With the year-end wind-down, I’m already in an introspective mood. Perhaps, then, it was apt that I finished my cycle of ketamine sessions (and EXOMIND therapy) in these final days of 2025. As someone who was new to the experience, I went in with an open mind, receptive to and ready for whatever avenues my mind went down during the trips. Needless to say, that yielded wonderful results, as the experience was nothing short of transcendent. I went into the sessions feeling decidedly unregulated—burnt out from work demands, mentally scattered, and carrying a persistent undercurrent of stress that had become my baseline. The mental fog has lifted, that constant hum of anxiety has quieted, and I find myself able to approach both work and life with renewed clarity and presence. Beyond the clinical elements of the treatment, Dr. Rao and his team (special thanks to Noelle, Ryan, and Danielle) offered state-of-the-art service and attention. Not once did I feel unheard, and they curated the entire experience to my specific needs. From the moment I walked through the door, their warmth and genuine care were palpable. The treatment space itself felt less like a medical facility and more like a sanctuary—thoughtfully designed to put patients at ease. The team’s generosity with their time and knowledge created an atmosphere where I felt completely safe to be vulnerable and explore these inner territories. Every detail, from the ambient lighting to the carefully selected music, reflected their commitment to creating an optimal healing environment. I cannot recommend New Life Wellness and Ketamine Clinic enough. I’ll admit, I walked in feeling very skeptical and honestly pretty scared, but this was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had. I have dealt with severe depression and other diagnoses for five decades, and after my IV injection, I felt truly happy for the first time in 50 years. The level of relaxation I felt was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. A huge shoutout to Lori Klens and my nurse, Danielle and the receptionist, they went above and beyond to ensure my visit was comfortable and quiet. The environment is incredibly calming and safe. If you are on the fence, please give them a try. It has truly changed my perspective. 🙏

I was hesitant at first but after speaking with Lori and getting the funding in order I took the chance of investing in myself. The experience was amazing and the staff are sweet and genuine. I wish I could be there once a week for life honestly. The ketamine helped a lot after the first 6. I did have a drop off after a few weeks so I’m looking into booster sessions but we are all different genetically so take that in consideration
