I recommend TMS therapy to anyone struggling. However, I encourage you to seek another facility. In my experience, the practitioners are not concerned with the mental health of their patients. Pros: The technician Ash was the light of this experience. They were kind, informative, encouraging, and knowledgable about how to operate the machine. Cons: It was VERY hard to get in touch with the practitioner when I needed to. Dr. Raj recommended I come for 10 additional sessions because I was "on the cusp" of seeing real change, and then I didn't hear back from them. It has been weeks. I have reached out multiple times. It's so disheartening to have been so compliant on my end, yet be ignored by the facility and practitioners. I also was pretty put-off by how many times they cancelled my appointments (misunderstanding, weather (other practitioners remained open, broken machine, etc.) I am reasonable and understand things happen outside of their control, but I was very underwhelmed with the lack of problem solving to get me any make up sessions. Again, TMS holds hope for many I strongly encourage those seeking to follow through- I just recommend you find a place that cares for their patients, rather than creating more stress during a difficult time in their life.
