Nice folks except that often there is often no one to answer phone. No medical coverage after hours on this or Conway site. Put on different meds which was to increase Spravatos efficacy. New drug has made me MUCH, MUCH WORSE to the point that I lash out at people and am left super angry all the time causing me to lose friends. Desperate. No car and no advocacy and no help. Sleep is my only answer. When one is in such bad shape waiting 3 days is NOT AN OPTION!

Future Psych Solutions in Myrtle Beach has changed my life for the better. Ariel is so patient and really listens to my situation and responds with suggestions and real solutions. I always love my sessions with him and always leave the session feeling positive. Faith is one of the best injection nurses I have ever known. She has such a kind bedside manner and always makes me feel so comfortable. Flora is wonderful as well. She always greets everyone with a smile and positive attitude. As for the treatments, they have changed my life forever. I finally have a solution for PTSD and depression without taking anti-depressants. This is the best I've felt mentally and emotionally in the last 30 years. I will continue to go to the clinic as often as I feel the need. Thank you Future Psych Solutions for taking care of my needs. I would like to add something else to my review. Be patient when waiting for a response from Future Psych Solutions. They take their responsibility seriously. I had to wait and it was worth the wait. Don't post a negative until you actually have a real reason. If you have an issue reach out to them privately. They respond when they have a path for you. I will forever be grateful for what they have done for me and I really don't like to see someone complain when they have nothing yet to complain about. Future Psych Solutions take their responsibility seriously and they only need patients truly in need of what they offer. Everyone does not qualify!!! Negative public comments do not help anyone possibly needing Future Psych Solutions!!

I have been trying to schedule a new patient appointment with Psych Solutions for nearly a month. I have emailed the office directly, spoken with several staff members, left repeated voicemails, and used the online portal — all without success. I have already sent the required referral and updated information from my primary provider, yet I still have not received a call back to schedule an appointment. I requested to speak with an office manager, but staff refused to provide any contact information and continue to take my name and number without follow-up. The lack of communication and responsiveness has been extremely frustrating.

Faith is an awesome Rn . She’s very understanding and passionate about her work. Plus I enjoy our conversation together .

Love Love Love Faith! She is so sweet and understanding. I feel a sense of calmness when I'm receiving a treatment because of her. When I'm down she reassures me things will get better and they always do. She has always been there for me when I needed to talk. Congratulations Faith. I couldn't think of someone who deserves it more! ♥️🌹♥️

This place is trying to take money from you without seeing you and for filling out paperwork? My wife would like to see a psychiatrist and was sent to this place from her PCM. They sent her this lengthy form to fill out with fees for paperwork completion, letter request, administration fee and reservation fee?! That’s ridiculous they would expect you to pay that out of your pocket before even being seen and saying this is not fees through your insurance… wow. Especially when your yearly out of pocket cap has been met you expect not to pay anything and then BOOM fees for no good reason… will not be using this provider.
