Everything top rate! All staff from the receptionist/scheduler, to nurse practitioners (intake, post session check-ins, etc) to nurses that administer ivs and stay with you throughout your session, were all very caring, thorough and professional. Excellent support and flexibility provided all along the way. I have experienced definite positive effects from the treatment, including detaching from my phone and renewed wonder and appreciation of the beauty of this world. Recommend 100%!!

Everyone goes the extra mile to ensure you get the most out of each treatment. The counselors are excellent as well. Definitely a 5 star review!

This 6-week course was phenomenal! I feel that I made leaps, where I could have been walking, in my progress with getting over and into emotions and behaviors in my life. Meghan was integral in this. I cannot recommend this enough.

I recently completed my "induction" infusions at Illuma. Since my first phone call to the clinic, everyone has been very kind, helpful and compassionate. Though the onset of positive effects was less than I hoped on the lower doses, I have clearly and profoundly improved in the last 4 weeks. I started treatments due to years of feeling guilt, shame, depression and irritability that has been relatively unresponsive to antidepressants and counseling. My "analytics" on standard forms for depression, PTSD and anxiety at the clinic improved 80-90% by my last infusion!! From the receptionists to the EMT starting my IV, to the NPs who met with me and my Ketamine assisted therapist, I have been super impressed with the clinic. Everything is very professional. The monitoring during the infusions was excellent and I felt very safe during treatment. I had not considered Ketamine infusions in the past and did not know much about them until I found out about Illuma. I think this is the best clinic in town for these treatments.
