I have been doing IV's for 2 years now this has been the worst service. I asked for a Toradol shot they said they had it when i got there they stated it can be only done with an IV, So you guys make me drive all the way there to tell me something completely different. Mind you I have gotten Torodal shots before and never an issue. About 15 minutes before I leave I feel dizzy light headed and nauseas. They definitely overdosed me which I should have sued and I still can, they do not know what they are doing. Torodal should be given as a shot, or at least an option not IV. It was also expensive, because they required the IV bag. Never coming here again.

Had a Great experience There they were very polite and show a lot of Common courtesy also check on me every 5 to 10 minutes of the session and also very Comfortable and clean inside of the office I will recommend anyone to go to This place it’s really a great experience

I had a wonderful experience here at First Rate Infusion and Wellness. They were super personable and walked me through the whole thing. Teria, the owner, is the one who gave me my IV and she was amazing from the IV insertion to talking to me about everything related to it! 10 out of 10!!
