My experience with SAKS was amazing. It was literally life changing. Helped me get through a very difficult time in my life. I also really liked everyone that works there. I’m sure I’ll be returning periodically.

Life altering experience that healed me from multiple childhood traumas as well as a trauma that occurred as an adult. The team here is wonderful and very professional. I’d recommend them to anyone going through ptsd on a regular basis. It helped me to let go of the past and start living in the now without being bombarded by the old memories.

This place is literally a life saver. Dr. Martinez has his staff are kind, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. They clearly are experts in mental health treatment, and have gotten us from a very bad place to a spot where we are thriving. I can't say enough good things about this place. We are blessed to have this here in San Antonio!

I’ve had pts while on active duty. Retired, got to the VA to file a claim, and received an 80% rating, based on my pts. Fast forward 19 years, and I asked for a reevaluation of my pts. Went to see a psychiatrist in a trailer near the old Mission Drive-In (saw a western, in spanish, when I was probably 3 y/o, in a 1964 blue Ford Econoline). Sorry. Let me get back on track. She was taking a crap-ton of notes. Not the same experience I had in the 2007 VA rodeo. Dude talked to me for 15 minutes. Thus the 80% rating. She spent 30 minutes asking questions and taking notes. Very long way of saying: I used her wisdom to guide me to SA Ketamine Specialists. I did the 6-infusion protocol; twice or three times a week. The first couple infusions are not at all dramatic. After the sixth infusion, I was in a space I haven’t experienced in at least 30 years. I like to call it my hard reset. Like when you unplug your electronics to give them a hard reset. Depending on the cash on hand, I’ve enjoyed monthly infusions, and felt a bit unimpressed with quarterly infusions. Staff, from the docs to the RNs, are outstanding. I’m trying to get back into the once a month routine. You won’t be disappointed with their services.

Life’s journey has brought me here, although I was initially reluctant, I have no regrets other than not finding this place sooner. Celeste the NP and the nurses have been amazing in their hospitality. I definitely consider meeting them a blessing. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing, I honestly feel so safe here.
