Vigeo Wellness - Ketamine, SPRAVATO®, and TMS Treatment Weatherford — Ketamine Clinic in Weatherford, TX

Paid out of pocket for my 1st session, then realized that the EAP program at work would cover further visits. Or so I thought... Show up with my EAP paperwork, desk lady took it and apparently lost it so I got billed, called to complain about the bill, "oh we lost it please bring another copy on your next visit" next visit, hand over the paper... Got billed again, now I'm behind on the first bill as well. Months go buy, back and forth, I'm 85 and 58 days past due when they FINALLY tell me they don't accept EAP. I asked why they didn't just tell me that in the first place? Answer... Well be didn't tell you we did accept it!. Finally I just paid it... !!!

Just called and spoke to a really kind lady believe her name was Roe or Cathy . Have an appointment tomorrow to discuss some ptsd and anxiety issues I have at the moment. I currently take benzodiazepines and hate having to take them so I look forward to lowering my dosage and starting my care plan there. I have a lot of past trauma and drug addiction but have almost 3 years clean. I just want my life to feel normal again. The way the lady spoke to me gave me greats hope and was so nice that I’m looking forward to my vist tomorrow and will leave another review from there.

We have had nothing but great joy and success with the gang at Vigeo, especially now that they opened their Weatherford clinic. Soooo much closer to home. Megan and Travis plus Roe, Kathy and the rest of the nursing and support staff are the best ever. Everything is done in a peaceful, loving atmosphere and they are all so personal and caring. My wife had brain aneurysm surgery and failed all medications plus electroshock. Once Ketamine was approved, we needed a certified clinic and found a home at Vigeo. My personal thanks go out to all of you there...you have given us hope when we were dangling from the end of our rope. I'm finally getting my wife back thanks to you.

Megan and Travis are both SO nice, caring, and helpful. I appreciate how involved and thoughtful they are with my care. Roe and Cathy are also really sweet. I hate having to see the doctor, but the great care and great people make me hate it a lot less.
