5+ stars all around. Dr. Pruett is amazing and you definitely won't regret seeking care here. He is kind, compassionate, caring, and very perceptive (even though I see him via telehealth, he picked up on something other prescribers completely missed). He has helped me get my medications straightened out. That has been a difficult process for me over the years, and now I finally feel I've found a combination that works for me thanks to him. Clarissa is who usually answers the phone and she has helped me out with passing information along to Dr. Pruett and getting my medications refills promptly. Highly recommended!

I have waited 11 days (and counting) for any kind of response from my nurse practitioner, Domonique Lewis, at Taconic psychiatry. That is completely unacceptable. I am looking elsewhere as of today.

I am so very grateful for Taconic Psychiatry. Working with Sarah Ferrillo for the last few months has restored my faith that there are still kind compassionate people in this world. Sarah is very attentive, authentic, and fully engages in our time together. I am also happy and proud to say after suffering with CCPTSD, DID, paralyzing depression and anxiety for over 50 years, that I am finally feeling some relief, having hope for a better future, for the first time in my life! Thank you Sarah and Dr. Pruett, I appreciate you more than you'll ever know!

Works rapidly, looks like it might even be more effective than infusions and way more affordable.

I never received a call back from them. I had an appointment with one of their clinicians who was very inexperienced and emotionally immature. I explained this to one of the secretaries/administrators and was told quite a while ago I would receive a call to reschedule with a more experienced and capable clinician.

Taconic Psychiatry used OutcomeMD to track my symptoms before and during treatment. My Anxiety score has improved to 81 from a baseline of 14. Thank you Taconic Psychiatry team for your exceptional care that helped me achieve such a great outcome! I can not say enough Dr. Pruett, and his secretary. I can honestly say Dr. Pruett actually to help and cares about his patients.

Great customer service from the moment you walk in to the minute you leave. Always friendly and helpful with phone calls. I feel like I am listened to and acknowledged.
