I mean I’m kind of shocked by the negative reviews here because I’ve been going for the last year and have had nothing but positive experiences from billing to treatment. Holly has heeled me grow, listened, helped and has staff that are great. Shelby, Dinana, and JP care a lot. Being a healthcare worker I’m impressed by the group and the attention they give!

I've been seeing Dr. Jackenheimer for a little over 8 months now, and I appreciate his care so much. I've had prior providers (in/out of WA) who've prescribed me things which didn't seem to help, and those providers didn't do much to help alleviate those issue. Dr. Jackenheimer has been my first provider to be open to adjusting my care to best fit my needs. I also appreciate his demeanor, professionalism, and the guidance he provides. He's never been late to an appointment and is easy to talk to. I'm with the VA which has also brought some complications, but Dr. Jackenheimer worked through those issues with me with no complaint. Very happy patient. :)

Avoid this place at all costs. I've been seeing a psychiatrist at Mindful Health Solutions for over a year, most recently in early 2024 shortly before losing my employer-sponsored healthcare. Everything about this business is stressful - the check in process made no sense (sometimes I needed to check in multiple times to the same virtual appointment) and most recently was sent a bill for service over a year ago (this was not a bill I missed - they allegedly missed billing me for it at the time). Mindful Health Solutions ended up charging my card on file, but continued to send me a bill for this very old service. If you care about your mental health, avoid this place because dealing with them will just make it worse.

Providers were good. Administrative and billing problems have soured my experience and have been ongoing even after finishing treatment/moving on to a provider closer to home.

I was deeply disappointed with my experience at MHS. Their extreme disorganization and lack of communication were glaring issues. Despite being referred via my insurance, I attended three appointments only to find that even with my insurance information on file, they charged me the full amount for my third visit. It took multiple calls to both MHS and my insurance provider before I finally received reimbursement, more than two months later. Their requirement for me to contact my insurance billing department for estimated costs was unreasonable, as a patient, it was not my responsibility. There are numerous excellent mental health services available, but unfortunately, MHS does not meet that standard. Save yourself time and money by seeking care elsewhere. However, I will note the front desk employees and in-take coordinators were very nice.

They cancelled my new patient appointment 2 hours before and said the doctor only takes 1 new patient per day. Why schedule 2 new patient appointments in the first place then?

She was amazing and really made me feel comfortable. She listened to what I was experiencing and had a solution for just about everything! I can highly recommend!

She’s lovely! Attentive and curious about my issues. Very forward with looking for solutions right away ! 10/10!
