I have chronic nerve pain in my left foot due to a couple of back surgeries. Carl has been amazing answering all of my questions. Probably at least a couple of hours. Phone calls in the past few weeks about what the session would and also he goes above and beyond for just recommendations for me and genuinely cares for me and wants me to get better Due to a couple of reasons. I haven’t yet done the infusion so I can’t comment on that but if/when I do, I am definitely going to Carl as he seems the best.

The intake process with Karl is wonderful. He's a very knowledgeable professional who really cares and knows his stuff. He goes out of his way to make things easy for the patients I refer to the clinic. Paperwork, explanation of process, procedures, medical education, patient safety, comfort, are just top notch. I can't recommend this clinic more.

My daughter has been receiving infusions at the Vancouver Ketamine Clinic and I am very impressed with the level of compassion and knowledge Karl and his team has. When we moved here I was worried we would not find a place where she would feel comfortable to go to every month. Well she has. My daughter has a port and following sterile protocol is way more important with a port than it is placing an IV. They follow complete sterile protocol and it makes me feel very safe knowing that. Where do I even start!? Karl and his team are remarkable and a blessing to our community. I have PTSD, I'm on the autism spectrum and have ADHD and experience anxiety from a situational issue right now. I was severe fight, flight, freeze and fawn. I can't imagine how I would have coped through this experience without ketamine infusion therapy. From the very first consult and speaking with Karl he shared so much insight and how he thought this could really help. The very first infusion was life changing and helped tremendously. I felt so connected and grounded after just my first infusion. The infusions themselves have been somewhat difficult...I joke with Karl that I want the floaty rainbows and unicorns experience! My infusions are pretty "dark" and can be quite uncomfortable because I am working through years of PTSD and survival mode and he explained to me this is not uncommon. That brought me some relief and helped with my mindset before each infusion. The experience after the infusions is where the real magic is happening and I'm so thankful, grateful and feeling much better. You are in the best hands with this team of truly caring people and Karl is a wealth of knowledge about Ketamine therapy. I feel so safe when I'm in their space. Don't hesitate to start this therapy, it's life changing!

What a great experience. I really did not know what to expect from either the treatments or VKI. I'm so glad I decided to try the treatments and that I chose VKI as the healthcare provider to work with. Karl and the entire staff were so friendly and caring.
