I am absolutely amazed and impressed with the care I received from Advanced Wellness and Pain (AWAP). I had a friend who told me about ketamine treatment a couple years ago and I became interested. After a couple years of thinking about it, I finally contacted AWAP. I spoke with Dr. Wong who was very professional, informative, knowledgeable and compassionate. In speaking further with Dr. Wong and telling Dr. Wong about my 20+ year career as a police officer, Dr. Wong suggested ketamine therapy and stellate ganglion block (SGB). After dealing with anxiety from years of compounded trauma from both my career and personal life I decided to move forward with Dr. Wongs recommendation. Over the course of two weeks, I went through 6 ketamine treatments and the SGB. In addition to the treatment, I was assigned a ketamine coach who help me navigate through the process. I learned a lot in those two weeks, including how to move forward after the process. I feel absolutely refreshed. Dr. Wong, Dr. Leathem and Dr. Sharma, were all very knowledgeable, confident, and personable during my journey, as I was fortunate to interact with each doctor one on one. From the beginning setting everything up with Rose to the last treatment I can't express enough appreciation and gratitude. Thank you!

I cannot express how amazing this place is. I felt defeated going through anxiety and depression and Dr leathem, sharma,and Wong assured me I was in safe space and was there walking me through the process and was very knowledgeable. Rose is prob the most amazing spirit I have ever met. Her energy and presents def made me want to go through the process even more. Kim the coach I worked with was amazing too as she listened and worked with me and gave me great tools! They make you feel wanted and heard. Thank you for giving me tools and my life back in control not feeling anxious or terrified every second of the day. I highly recommend this treatment especially this facility.

I was a bit terrified to try ketamine. I did my research and there were some amazing success stories and some pretty scary stories as well. The more I researched the more I learned that your experience has a lot to do with how the ketamine is administered. At AWAP, You will get top notch, service, attention, and knowledge. All of the doctors are anesthesiologists who have been working with ketamine for years. They are also highly evolved individuals who understand exactly what it takes to keep a patient feeling safe and supported, while guiding them through their own personal journey to freedom and health. They hold space for whatever your needs are. All of that being said, I had six treatments and it was a life altering experience. The docs and their staff were with me through every second of it. Rose even sat with me for a while when I needed extra support. This group is dedicated to and dialed in on facilitating the best possible experience! The ketamine program here - yes, it’s a program where you complete a workbook and work with an integration counselor - is outstanding! It has helped me with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, when nothing else has. The doctors and staff are so kind and caring, and spend as much time with you as you need. They are all board-certified anesthesiologists so the truly know what they are doing. And there offices are so relaxing, perfect for people like me who are hesitant to try new treatments. I did 6 initial treatments over 6 weeks, where they are able to customize the dosages just for you. They also spend time with you right after, discussing how it went, what you wanted to accomplish, and reassuring you that the feelings you have are normal. They don’t try to sell you anything, they truly want to help you. They also have you sign up for a free app that texts you periodically to complete the short quizzes to check in on your progress. PLEASE don’t try this from one of those online providers who leave you on your own, go to Advanced Wellness and Pain for the full package. You won’t be disappointed and it’ll be money well spent so you can function better in your relationships, you work, and enjoy life again.
