Awesome staff. Super helpful
Jason is great!
Kind and thoughtful staff that are really willing to listen and do the best they can for you. I’ve felt that a lot of their effort and energy is placed in helping me become my highest self. It had taken some time till we found the right meds for me, and they were patient in that journey, as well as urging me to stop whichever ones did not help prior.
Hallie was so friendly and kind. Welcoming. Jason Adams is knowledgeable and nice.
I met with a provider and the practice was too far from where I live. So we switched to this location. I didn’t care for the provider he just typed and really didn’t try to get to know me. Lots of silent pauses while he submitted my information. I felt like I was in a hospitals triage waiting to be seen by an actual doctor. I asked to see another doctor at this location. Apparently they canceled my appointment which is fine but when I went to book another the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and giving me attitude about switching doctors I had already had this conversation with someone else a while ago and booked an appointment. I wasn’t sure why I was being asked again and receiving attitude about my decision. Asked why I didn’t want to see the other which I already told them in the past. Their paperwork was messed up so she was taking that out on me. Then told me that they are keeping me with the new provider whether I like her or not. Incredibly rude.
I haven't felt this comfortable with a mental health facility since prior to Covid. I feel like continuity of care and genuine concern for mental health patients has increasingly declined since 2020. As a patient who has seeked mental health care for more than 20 years, I have often been discouraged from continuing to seek the care I needed and given up many times since then. After my first appointment with serenity yesterday, I finally have hope again, hope that someone actually cares whether they're able to help me or not and hope that im more than a dollar sign or statistic. Im looking forward to the progress I feel I can make in the coming months with this office!
The team here is amazing! Jason is very patient and personable as well.
Horrifically overpriced! Went here in 2025 for 4 TMS sessions and had to stop due to negative reactions. We were charged $13,900 for those 4 sessions, plus the initial appointment. Seriously. That amount was 'reduced' by our insurance company, so we 'only' pay $1,500 of that for a treatment that gave awful reactions, had to stop, thus it provided zero benefit. When I spoke to them, they said this is the regular price: First appointment was $3100 (not even a treatment), second was $4200, then each DAILY session after that carried a price tag of $2200. This is NOT what they quoted us going into it and (surprise, surprise) they 'can't find' the original estimate they gave us. Highway robbery!
