While I have a positive overall impression of this clinic and would generally recommend their services, I encountered some limitations regarding my specific treatment needs. The medical director expressed reservations about using Spravato as a standalone treatment, while not fullly understanding my pre-existing health conditions. My treatment plan was fully approved by a BlueShield Of California Medical Director. I've since found a different healthcare provider who is taking a more collaborative approach, actively communicating with my team to coordinate my care. I maintain respect for this clinic and its staff, while not ideal for my particular situation.
