Had a pretty negative interaction with the receptionist here, which really turned me off from truly seeking services here. The lady who answered the phone was very cold and flat. I asked a number of questions and gave detailed information about what I was seeking, and the responses I got were very clinical and factual and not warm or compassionate or caring at all. I know this negative review is just based off a phone call, but that person is the first point of contact to represent your company. And if someone is seeking services, they’re obviously dealing with some mental health struggles and should be met with compassion and understanding and warmth. I hope whoever answers the phones at this location sees this review and truly takes it to heart. Please be friendlier and more compassionate when speaking with potential clients, it can be very off putting and demeaning to speak with someone so cold and uncaring. I also had to correct her on information about antidepressants, and when I corrected her, she didn’t take it very well. Just all around weird vibe from this place.

I was nervous starting therapy again . She was wonderful and made me feel comfortable right away. She was a great listener and I felt heard.

Doctor was incredibly, kind, informative and compassionate. I was very nervous and emotional and he was so patient and supportive. No complex jargon or air of superiority that I have experienced with some medical providers I have met in the past. I immediately felt i could trust him to educate and treat me.

Doctor was very kind and supportive. I appreciate how she is comfortable to talk to and after just our first session, I can tell she has my best interest at heart.

Today, I really needed help because I was out of medication that I really need, so I sent an email to the office. The entire office was closed for the Holidays, but Albert C. came in to the office to do something, saw my email and called me to help me get my important medications. Albert helped me out tremendously, and even did a 3-way call with the pharmacy and myself, to make sure there were no issues. Thank you, Albert!

I found Dr. of MHS to be compassionate, offbeat and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. D is easy to talk with about everything, and she really seems to understand me as a person. She even introduced me to some Indian approaches to personalities that really resonate with me. What she does with the therapy has been life-changing for me.

The doctor of MHS was an amazing facilitator. Non-judgmental, kind, firm and always offering an invitation. I have not ventured into mindfulness in the past, but I am a firm believer now. Would do it all over again!

Very User friendly.. give it patience and learn with it, grow with it, you will gain so much more than you had! It’s a passport (al) to health! Enjoy we only get to live once! The staff is highly skilled and very endearing, full of respect and integrity at every turn! That statement applies to all departments that I have had to deal with!!

Have had a great experience with MHS overall, but the front desk employees at the Mission Viejo location are amazing. So beyond kind, helpful, and patient always. Have consistently gone above and beyond when I needed help with anything. Thank you to them <3

Because of sudden changes in my insurance coverage, I was in desperate need of health management at the beginning of this year and was flailing about to find a new doctor who could prescribe in a timely way. I landed on Mindful Health Solutions and was immediately very skeptical about the Telehealth option. Taking this chance was the best thing ever! My doctor is great, shows sincere concern and interest, remembers everything I tell her and tracks labs and appointments meticulously. The admin staff is equally supportive.. a REAL person always picks up, is able to respond knowledgeably to my questions and follows through on whatever I need.
