I arrived at Renew from another clinic. I had been bed ridden from depression. This was my last resort after trying every medication on the market. I was relieved to be surrounded with their relaxing spaces, the attention to detail, the care for me during my treatments, and the dedication of Sheila to make sure everything ran smoothly. She always texted to check in on me. My depression level is now a “0” for the first time in 20 years! I used Spravato Esketamine because my insurance covered it and I was in treatment once a week. I had an amazing experience with Drs. Yanuck and Daal at Renew. I started treatment after being on antidepressants for 30 years and the pills just weren’t helping alleviate the depression anymore. I had a lot of anxiety about trying a new treatment. The friendly and professional clinical staff at Renew made me feel safe, I started to get relief immediately after the first treatment, and I’m no longer on antidepressants. It’s been a remarkable change and I cannot recommend them enough.

It's exceedingly rare that I encounter a medical professional who genuinely seems as though they want me to get better, let alone an entire team of them. From the initial consultation with Dr. Yanuck, everyone at Renew has been incredibly kind, professional, and communicative- they really just present themselves as a practice that keeps the well-being of their clientele as a top priority, which is really refreshing coming after years of seeking help and being met with either outright dismissal, or a clear intent to just take money from patients. Neither sentiment is one I would express with regards to Renew. Sheila and Natasha are extremely accommodating with regards to scheduling, and check in often to ensure that you're coping well with the treatment. The primary providers (Jim, Riley, etc.) are all extremely knowledgeable in the services Renew offers, and don't hesitate to answer any questions you may have. The assistant personnel (Emily, Alora, Jana (?), etc.) (forgive me, I don't know your respective titles!) are so welcoming and engaging, and all look out for you with the utmost of care. If you're even remotely considering ketamine therapy, trust that Renew's staff will be doing their best to ensure that you have a safe, worthwhile experience, and that you're setting goals for self-improvement as you progress through the treatment course. Gosh, where can I start? I guess with me. In the last 18 months I have been grieving over the death of my wife of 45 years from brain cancer. We met in middle school, & had our ups and downs, but raised two beautiful children in the process that blessed us further with incredible grandchildren.
