The two anesthesiologists on staff Drs Graca and Topfer both had incredible bedside manners: they took the time to explain every step of the process, all the science behind it, and really made sure I felt comfortable and informed. They were compassionate and patient throughout, which really stood out to me. A big shoutout also goes to Mike, the case coordinator. He was there for me every step of the way, from the initial interview (with zero pressure) to all the follow-ups before and after sessions. He provided so much support and reassurance that I never felt alone in the process. Overall, the entire six-session journey has been incredible. I’ve noticed meaningful progress in different areas of my life, not just during the sessions but in the days and weeks after them. Despite a pretty far commute, One Mind was able to accommodate my schedule and let me receive treatment with minimal impact on my working hours. From the first consult, Mike and Dr. Graca were kind and genuinely helpful, taking time to walk me through what to expect, answering all my questions, and displayed excellent patience and bedside manner. The setup was welcoming and discreet, with minimal impedance during observation. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish, and I've noticed statistically significant improvements to quite literally every aspect of my daily life.
