I want to take a moment to recognize Ceil at the front desk for the incredible compassion she showed me during a very difficult time in my life. I recently lost my father, and from the moment I walked in, Ceil went above and beyond what anyone could expect. She didn’t rush me or treat me like just another patient — she sat with me, talked with me, listened, and genuinely cared. Her kindness and empathy made me feel comforted and supported when I really needed it, and I will never forget that. I also want to recognize Dr. Islam for being so kind, patient, and understanding. He took the time to listen, showed real compassion, and made me feel seen and respected during such an emotional moment. His care and empathy made a huge difference, and I am so grateful for him. It’s rare to find a medical office where the front desk, the staff, and the physician treat people with such humanity and care. I am incredibly grateful to all of them. Another great visit at Age Well. Dr. Islam has been absolutely wonderful in taking care of us and resolving our concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. What truly sets him apart is how he uses books and detailed pictures to help us understand the illnesses and how they relate to the body, which makes a big difference in feeling informed and confident about our care. Kudos as well to his new assistant, who was eager to help and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The entire experience was positive, reassuring, and professional.
