Lace is amazing! She always has a great smile and super friendly. Lisa is wonderful. She will answer any questions with a cheerful smile. She makes you very relaxed 🙂 I work with Chayde and have tried Everything .She took the time to go over all medication . Bernadine is this bravado coordinator and she was very helpful and explaining all of my options for treatment. Definitely five stars.

The Altitude Health team is top notch. Led by PA Amanda Alexander and supported by RN Leesa and assistants; all are well educated, have excellent people skills and are amazingly responsive 24x7. For example, I texted a question late one Friday night and received a very informative reply in minutes. The team is outcome based and have been very helpful to me. I highly recommend!!

I can not express in words, how amazing this place is, everyone from the front door to the owners, therapist are absolutely the best. I have tried multiple times in my life to get help with no results, most mental health places, rush you, dont listen, and just think a pill is the fix....NOT at Altitude Health they will treat you like family while staying professional treating you with respect and dignity.They will make you feel normal again. I have been going here for going on 8 months and they still treat me the same as day one, if you want a therapist that remembers your conversation, and actually cares about your needs, Chyde is the best. I have conversations with all the staff each visit, they all make you feel welcome, never rushing you, scheduling you as you need, always responsive. Caring, effective. I am thankful for Altitude Health. They go above and beyond. The best part of it all is that the staff is genuine and just amazing people.

Altitude Health Ketamine Clinic has truly changed my life. I live with debilitating anxiety, and honestly, I had anxiety about even walking through their doors. From the very beginning, the kindness I experienced was incredible. Jake, the owner, personally called me to ease my worries and make sure I felt supported before I even stepped foot in the clinic. That level of care meant the world to me. Nurse Practitioner Chayde is one of the most compassionate and attentive providers I’ve ever met. She genuinely listens, cares deeply, and made me feel seen and heard in a way I hadn’t experienced before. And Leesa, who administered my ketamine treatments, was an absolute blessing. She was patient, understanding, never made me feel rushed, and always answered every question with kindness and clarity. My anxiety gave me a hundred reasons not to follow through with treatment, but Chayde and Leesa were there every step of the way—supportive, encouraging, and genuinely invested in my healing. If you’re scared, hesitant, or unsure about ketamine therapy, I completely understand. But this team—from the owner to the providers—will make you feel safe, cared for, and supported through it all. Altitude is truly a special place, and I’m beyond grateful I found them.
