I just had my 8th Ketamine treatment yesterday. The first round of 6 treatments I did when I sent to Dr. M by Mayo Clinic. Saved my life, now I am doing maintenance treatments. Last year I had only 1 but this year I may do 2, another In maybe Fall but I know when I need a boost and go I feel renewed and my thinking is so much clearer and my state of mind is restored. I’m 63, my only daughter 5 years ago decided to cut me from her life and withhold my 2 grandchildren from knowing me. I didn’t do anything deserving of this Kind of Estrangement but no matter I felt my life was over. But Dr. M got me back to a good place and without hm I don’t know if I would still be here. Update July 2023: Just had 9th yesterday 7/10/23. I have Fibromyalgia so this is also used for Pain. I was in both both mental and physical pain at the same time. I cannot believe how much better this feels today. Mentally I am better but right now it’s holding me long enough in the mood department. So we are adding a mood stabilizer too. If this isn’t going to help, brain stimulation will be what I hope for. I have been on and off so many and I am slipping into highs and lows. So grateful to Dr. M or I know I wouldn’t be here.
