I had the most wonderful experience at the Ketamine Lounge. I received 8 sessions and looked forward to every single one. The Team is absolutely remarkable. The environment is very peaceful. and inviting. The treatment rooms are so beautifully appointed and the smell in the air is divine. Everyone is so very kind, helpful, compassionate, patient and accommodating. The sessions are incredibly comfortable and soothing. They are so well organized. The music, curated to perfection takes you on the most incredible journeys for healing. This has been such a healing experience for me. My family and friends saw a difference in me just after the first session. I am truly grateful. This has been a Life changing and … life saving, loving process for me. As a psychiatrist, I know many providers that offer ketamine treatment for depression in Miami. Administering the medication is the simple part, creating the right environment for the session is another story. Ketamine Lounge is the best that I’ve seen. They conduct the session in a very comfortable private room, provide you with a blanket, face mask, and headphones that will guide you with curated music and sounds to induce a deeply meditative state. Highly recommend.

I truly believe this place saved my life. I have been struggling with suicidal ideation and treatment resistant depression since I was a child. I have taken all sorts of life ruining medications and years in therapy with no progress. Ketamine helped get rid of my suicidal ideation and helped tremendously with my treatment resistant depression. Everyone at the clinic is incredibly kind, and professional. I still get emails from the staff months later asking me how I'm doing and if the treatment is still effective. The sessions for IV ketamine themselves are incredibly comfortable, and they give you zofran for nausea and monitor you during the session to make sure you're alright. The music they use is excellent. You're in good hands in this place. If anyone has treatment resistant depression or acute suicidal ideation and you're considering ketamine, take this as a sign to try it out. The only downside is the cost of the sessions, but I have spent more over the years in medications and therapies that did not work for me. I highly reccomend this place for your ketamine treatment and laud the staff for all they do!

Profound experience. Professional facility. I received my first IV ketamine treatment with Ketamine Lounge and I could not have had a better experience with this group of healthcare providers. From start to finish, the people who work here are phenomenal. I was a little nervous and did not know what to expect before the treatment. While doing my intake form with the nurse, she was very nice and non-judgmental when I answered her series of questions that were of a more personal nature. She made me feel heard and understood which is difficult to find in the medical field today. Then, while meeting with the NP prior to the treatment, I appreciated her professional yet relatable bedside manner which fostered a safe environment. What I most appreciated was the curation of the atmosphere/setting where you receive the IV ketamine over a 45 minute session. Setting is crucial to optimizing a positive outcome, especially when considering psychedelic medicine. Their rooms are set up perfectly for a personal and introspective journey. The chair is a comfortable recliner, there are blankets offered if you are feeling cold or anxious, and the music was played through noise-cancelling headphones. Of note, the music is hand-selected by their staff and it was spot-on! The guided meditation in the beginning puts you in a relaxed state. Then, it's followed by a smooth and peaceful series of ambient selections. The entire treatment is done with an eye mask to facilitate a more introspective journey. I felt like I was floating down a canyon river on a clear blue day. There were times in the journey when my mind went dark but there was an occasional touch on my hand by the healthcare professionals overseeing the infusion which helped me stay grounded and quell any anxiety or fear. As far as the actual infusion of ketamine, they infuse it at a slow and steady rate in the beginning, then it tapers down towards the end providing a very gentle experience overall. Most important to me in a ketamine clinic where psychedelic medicine is being administered is knowing there are professionals around me who would be there to guide the experience from beginning to end in a comforting, non-judgemental way. It made my mind feel at ease when everything was explained to me before the treatment. Additionally, I felt assured knowing they had safeguards in place during the actual infusion. After the treatment was over, they let me hang out in a private room with some couches and chairs where I had a nice cup of hot tea. This experience was incredible and I feel other medical facilities providing psychedelic medicine as a treatment option for mental health conditions should follow suit. Will be returning.
