Amazing experience. The best!

Very grateful for the entire team at Initium & how much effort they put in to make my mom & I feel comfortable, supported, & well informed! I had a bad stomach bug and was feeling awful. Katie was able to get me in same day and the clinicians were so kind and got right to work when I arrived. They gave me an immunity IV infusion and I felt so much better after. While I got the infusion I was in a private room in a nice leather recliner with soothing music and low light- so relaxing. The office is so nice and calming- if you get the flu/virus and need a physical boost- get an IV infusion- it really helped me.

I called a few clinics initially in regards to trying ketamine for my fatigue associated with long covid and Initium was the only one who went into detail about which protocol should be used for my specific needs. Honestly i went in thinking this was a long shot but after two years of crippling fatigue and brain fog i was willing to try anything. After the first session i stopped needing caffeine throughout the day to function. After the second day i stopped my prescription stimulant that would barely get me out of bed before. After the full course i got my life back, it was like flipping a switch. It has been close to a month and i am still feeling back to my former self. Everyone at the clinic was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer any questions i had, as well as being very pleasant and empathetic. My insurance plan covered the treatment but even if i had to pay out of pocket this has been the best investment i have ever made.

In the past I have received treatment at other practices and I have to say that Initium is by far the best place to go for treatment. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, willing to take the time with you so that you are getting the most out of your treatments. They work with you to fit you in on your schedule and make sure that you are more than comfortable for each session. I would highly recommend anyone considering infusion therapy.

I needed a Vitamin D shot before my back surgery because I’m not good at taking pills. The shot didn’t even hurt, and the nurses were so nice!
