Great front desk staff and doctors
I cant speak for other providers but dont see carol kessel she's horrible
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wish I could give more stars! My experience at Ray of Hope has been nothing short of exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Bansal, Carol, and Michael, and each one provided unwavering kindness and attentive care. When I decided to switch medications to safely prepare for pregnancy, Carol celebrated this milestone with me as I welcomed my first son! The support and encouragement I received made a world of difference during such an important time in my life. The only reason I had to leave this fantastic team is that I physically moved 15 hours away. Now, as I search for a new neurologist, I truly realize just how special the care at Ray of Hope is. The dedication and time they invest in their patients are rare to find elsewhere. Thank you all for everything! Your commitment to your patients is commendable.
They stopped seeing me saying they were not taking new patients but I had been going there for more than two years. Ava Wilhelm could have at least called me, but I guess it should be called ray of no hope
Have had great experiences with Vladimir, PA-C and the staff at Ray of Hope! Would reccomend to anyone who is looking for professional and encouraging environment!
I was going here for 7 years to get treated for my migraines they were so bad that I missed work a lot over the 7 years, at first I thought they were helping me out and but they their making it worse by just keeping adding medication that I didn't need, they were overmedicating me and Dr. Shane told me that there was nothing else he could do. Which was a lie, he just didn't know his stuff. I had to go on FMLA for work so I was not getting paid but I would ways make payments till on day I was coming in to do my Botox treatment and the staff was refusing me bc I owed them money from last year 2024 like 100 something it wasn't lot and they just decided to tell me about it the last minute I never got a bill and everytime I would check in the ladys would never tell me anything about it, they will tell me about my current bill which I was paying but never told me I owe them from 2024. The billing lady was so rude she said I had to pay first or she was going to refuse my treatment even though I paid for my botox already and it was delivered to their office, so they can just keep it and I couldn't even try to get my money back and then they trying to charger me a no show fee even when I was there but the billing lady was so rude that I was not going to make a payment to get treated like that especially being a patient with them for many years. After being a patient for 7 years I am so glad that I found another doctor who helped me get off from all the medicine that they had me on: I have to say now I am starting to feel way better after stopping seeing them. To me they were good at the beginning now it's all about how many patients we can take in and how much money they can scam off the patient. Just be careful!!! They don't care about their patients even if you've been with them for a long time.
🚩🚩🚩I honestly don’t even know where to begin. When I first met Dr. Geeta Bansal, I truly thought I found someone who cared. But as time went on, every single “quick 15-minute” check-in turned into me sitting in the lobby forever, watching my appointment time drift 20… 30… sometimes 40 minutes past. I typically always have to take off work just to sit and wait. When I finally asked about switching to telehealth to make things easier, I was told with an attitude by staff she “doesn’t do telehealth”. In 2025, what doctor refuses telehealth now? It honestly felt like this practice is stuck decades behind and completely indifferent to how disruptive that is to people’s lives. The worst part? The total lack of respect for patients’ time. It made me feel like an afterthought, not a valued patient. I ended up switching psychiatrists, someone who actually values their patients and runs a modern practice. No one should feel this dismissed or disregarded. Just really disappointing and I wouldn’t refer her to anyone. Believe all the 1-star reviews regarding the staff and running late. 🚩🚩
I've been receiving Spravato treatment for over a year here. Maria is the best. She is always professional and kind, and so, so helpful with appointments and making sure the space here is calm and conducive to the treatment. I really appreciate how much care she puts towards making the experience feel safe and positive, which is so important. Thank you!
Great staff all around
