Ketamine can be a life-changing treatment for certain conditions. My personal experience is relief from symptoms of treatment-resistant depression, which does not respond to the typical oral medications like SSRIs, SNRIs, etc. This therapy is a lifeline for me, and I cannot imagine going on this journey of self-discovery and healing with anyone else. Julie and Cindy made me feel comfortable from the start. Before, during and after the sessions, I felt safe in their care—which is absolutely critical for a positive, successful experience with ketamine. I came to them with a bit of ketamine experience; they treated my preparation and process with respect. They were attentive to my feedback and helpful in tailoring the clinical variables of my treatment to match my hopes and intentions for the sessions. They met me where I was, and they truly helped me level up. Julie and Cindy are two of the nicest people you will ever meet, and the treatment is great too! When combined with therapy, I noticed a significant decrease in depression and anxiety, and a new found sense of meaning and direction. Very caring and understanding staff. Sometimes, I truly need physical support during an infusion. Cindy has actually sat with me and held my hands while I was getting an infusion on more than one occasion. They both make you feel like family. Julie makes herself available to answer questions - she's never too busy to talk with you. Cindy is the same way. I am a hard stick for IVs (in any other setting, I often get stuck multiple times), and Cindy has ALWAYS had a successful stick the first time starting my IV. She is super gentle, and most of the time, I dont even feel it. I just can't thank these ladies enough. Because of their dedication and the ketamine infusions, I got my life back, and I no longer take anxiety medication! Julie, thank you for your bravery in opening this clinic to help those of us who suffer(ed) every single day. Much love to you both. ❤️
