Dr. Vanhorn is very professional and is a very genuine, kind person, he has helped me for many years now and I can't thank him enough for all the things he has done for me during my life. I highly recommend him for those who need help and he will help give you the support you need.

Absolute terrible service from front office staff, called 4 days in advance of needing new prescription. Was sent straight to voicemail every single time, when asked to speak to Vanhorns assistant lady said “there’s nothing I can do to help you”. I don’t think I have ever experienced a front office staff as poor as vanhorns front office. On the other hand Dr. Vanhorn is a 5 star doctor I would recommend him to anyone with a kid who has anxiety or adhd. Do not even try calling to talk to the front desk, walk in to the facility to talk to the embarrassment of front desk workers.

Dr Van Horn is so patient and kind. Very knowledgeable provider. Perfect fit for my son.

Dr. Vanhorn has been amazing for my son. He has a lot of anxiety and adhd and he has worked with him and really figured out appropriate meds that side effects aren’t terrible. He really listens and spends time getting to know your kiddo and wants them to succeed.

Unfortunately, when I called to set up an appointment for a new patient I was told she didn’t have time and I needed to call back. She was very rude, condescending and less than helpful.

Probably one of the worst interactions we have had with any type of office. The person answering the phone was rude, condescending...not sure how they get patients as this was our first interaction with this office.
