The ketamine infusion center has changed my life. I suffer from treatment resistant depression and have been seeking treatment for the last 20 years. I have tried Electroconvulsive therapy(ECT), Transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS) Spravato, esketamine nasal spray treatments and Diatlectical Behavior Therapy(DBT). I was given many doses of these treatments. I also take many different medications to help with my depression. It has taken lots of time and patience. I was even considering Deep Brain Stimulation, which is a form of brain surgery to help treatment resistant depression. With the help of my psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists and other health care providers along with the ketamine infusion center, I am finally in a good place. I am enjoying life once again. What a wonderful feeling. A big thanks to Dr. Ball and all the staff at the Ketamine Infusion Center for changing my life.

I'm a patient with bipolar disorder. After 20 years of trying a large variety of medications with mild to moderate success, I was still unable to function due to the depression. I feel like myself again! I was super depressed and full of anxiety. I wasn’t interested in anything. I was existing, definitely not living. I didn’t want to be around others, the days dragged on and on, and I just wanted to sleep for however long I could, then got up to do it all over again! After 8 infusions, I feel like a million bucks!! I have my confidence back that depression robbed me of. I have clarity of mind, new found energy, I sleep better and I am enjoying my life again! I am interested in many new things, happy around other people, and I have pure joy and hope again at age 55! Dr. Ball and the entire staff work together as a team, and everyone, every time I had an appointment, treated me with kindness and respect. Ketamine was my only hope. I couldn’t possibly express in words how much this clinic, this staff, and their proven practices have changed my life. At 30 years old I felt I was in the best physical health and mental health I had been in my entire life. An accident with physical injuries and added head trauma left me feeling like a shell. The chronic pain, headaches and basic life limitations left me feeling hopeless, overwhelmed, anxious, and depressed. I have reached out twice via the contact portal on the Ketamine Infusion Center website twice requesting information about treatment with no response. How effective can this company's treatments be if they can't even answer routine questions from a prospective client?

Such a positive experience dealing with Dr. Ball and the staff at the Mandeville location. The ketamine infusions made my chronic shoulder pain disappear. I also experienced such a calmness after the treatments. It is comforting to know that a Board Certified Anesthesiologist or his CRNA is at your side the entire time monitoring your treatments.
