I called for an issue and am still waiting on a call back 28 minutes shy of 48hrs.

It took me a long time to decide about seeking help, always had a fear of the word mental health, wondering if I am not strong enough to get through this time in my life with many medical diagnosis that were weighing on me heavily. I knew I needed help! I made an appointment with Dr. Asha Dusad. She has been a monumental figure in my mental health journey. Dr. Dusad always listens intently, I feel so supported, she is so smart, and I feel the best I have felt in years! She has been a life changer for me. Her office staff is so nice, always willing to help! I have so much gratitude and admiration I have Dr. Dusad as my doctor. She has changed my life and she can change yours as well. You just have to make the step in asking for help! I highly recommend her and her office, best decision I made!

I see Mr. A, and he has helped me a lot. From my initial visit in 2023 to now, has been a drastic improvement. He’s very caring, attentive, and thorough when explaining things. The front office staff are very helpful and friendly. I will continue to recommend this place.

Front desk personnel are great but my appointment was disappointing. I don’t think 15 minutes is nearly enough time to accurately diagnose someone with a disorder, and I came away with more concerns than resolutions and a medication I dont’t think I need. There was no real discussion of history and every question was a yes/no without time to explain or provide examples. I will not be coming to this clinic again, as I feel I was not given the time of day.

I see Brian Lipnick and Dr. Dusad here. They are very helpful in my therapy for my mental illness. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of mental health therapy.

My experience with Dr. Dolan has been phenomenal! She has brought me so far in such a short amount of time. She is very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about her clients and their well-being. Thank you sooo much Dr. Dolan!

Waited in the lobby for 45 minutes, when i got back into the room the lady (Liz) asked me a number of questions very quickly and nonchalantly. then proceeded to tell me that im depressed and not motivated because of my habits. i got up and left as soon as she let me breathe after her 10 minute speech about why I am making all the wrong decisions. i will never ever step foot back in this place, such a messed up approach to someone so fragile. i have never seen a healthcare professional be so rude and abrasive. our whole conversation was her stating that i had anxiety and acted that everything was just an inconvenience to her. like i know i have anxiety, why do you think im sitting in your office??? then to wave her hand in front of my face after she just berated me. just disgusting human. i hope to god she doesn’t hurt other people like she did me.

Dr. Dusad is an excellent physician, very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend.

Utterly surreal experience. I was asked to explain my conditions, only to be told I didn’t meet the criteria, despite having seen multiple professionals over the past ten years for these exact issues. The lack of awareness and dismissive attitude was shocking. Avoid at all costs.
