I absolutely love the staff here and the facilities are so inviting. I feel like the staff truly care about caring. Edit: This place changed the course of my life. I was afraid to try ketamine therapy and only did it because it was the best of what I thought were bad options but I was wrong because the was the best option I could have ever had. I don't know if other clinics are the same as this one but the people and the atmosphere that they have created put me at ease immediately. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for an actual solution to their problem and not a temporary band aid. I've been able to completely shed one of the medications that I've had to take and have begun the work to start to come off others.

Last minute cancellations…unkept scheduled appointment times, rude behavior of some of staff…inconsistent explanation of scheduled procedures …scheduled 6 appointments then reduced to 4 appointments…no explanation. Sent emails and text messages confirming appointment times and acted rude and dismissive when I showed up for the scheduled appointment time with confirmation time. Staff Disregarded two scheduled appointments that were inconveniently cancelled on back to back days at the last minute. Blamed patient for being rude for showing up for scheduled appointments as scheduled by the discourteous office staff. Prospective patient was dismissed before even being seen… doctor who made no effort to communicate with patient after following all of their protocol. Returned $3000….poor communication…defensive behaviors…sketchy behavior by this practice

We moved in the middle of getting treatments and could not find a clinic close to where we relocated. I did a lot of research and found Dr. Koenig at Waybridge Clinic which was about a 3 hour drive away from us. It was well worth the drive to come see her! She was so invested in her patients healing and went above and beyond to make sure that my treatments continued as seamlessly as possible moving from another state/clinic. Her entire team was so supportive and welcoming. She was so patient and kind. She answered all my questions and emails with professionalism and genuine care and compassion. She is extremely knowledgable and genuinely cares about healing her patients. This treatment is truly life changing. Highly recommend.

Waybridge Clinic has literally changed my life. I have had depression for longer than I realize but I have been on antidepressants for 24 years. During my treatment with antidepressants, many worked for a time and then stopped. I had to taper off and start something new, which may or may not work. I’m retired now, but during my working career, it was hard to cope during these periods. The stress and pressures of work were difficult when the medication stopped working. Recently, I saw an ad on TV about Waybridge. I was apprehensive at first and I even thought of cancelling the day of my first appointment. I’m so glad I didn’t. When you get there, you are made to feel comfortable and safe. The treatment has been extensively studied and the protocol used is exactly what is recommended. I know this clinic is for profit, but I also felt an ardent desire from all who work there that they really want to help. I urge everyone who suffers to do their own research, check the clinical studies, read how the treatment works in the brain and then make your decision. During my research, I saw that home treatments are available, though limited in Nebraska. These scared me. The thought of using it at home, even with medical help nearby, was more of a gamble than I was willing to risk. There is a lot of negative publicity about abuse, but the dosage here is very low, much lower than medical or abusive situations. Besides that, there are highly trained medical staff, and they are just a push button away during your treatment. The dissociation may be unnerving to some, but I found that I was in control, and I was able to push any negativity away during my dissociation. I found it to be beautiful, euphoric, and transformational. I’ve just finished my fourth session, and my progress has been quantifiable. I have a better understanding of myself and for the first time yesterday, I was able to stop the downward spiral when I felt it coming on. It’s hard to love others when you don’t love yourself. I wish this had been available 20 years ago.

My pain problems started with a catastrophic military parachuting accident 48 years ago followed by several assorted injuries after that while on active duty with the army. My injuries are to the extent that I received a rating of 100% permanent and total disabled from the Veterans Administration. I have tried every manner of treatment and medication and nothing was really effective until I tried the ketamine treatment. Words cannot properly describe what amazing relief I received from the treatment. I am 3 weeks post treatment now and the nerve pain is still gone. There was no expectation that the treatment would help the arthritic pain and Joint pains however, I have received some improvement in that area as well. I would encourage anybody who has had difficulty getting effective treatment for pain to give the ketamine a try. It is absolutely amazing and I am sure you will not be disappointed.
