Monica Byers is an incredibly knowledgeable and caring caregiver. She is always receptive to any small thought I may have on my own mental health, and is full of helpful guidance in response. She remembers personal issues I brought up many sessions ago, and checks in with me on how I'm doing in dealing with those issues. I'm very grateful to Monica and Headwell as a whole for helping me through all my struggles, from the daily and insignificant to the traumatic and life-altering events. I hope to remain in their care for as long as possible. I feel safe and supported here. ❤️

They turned me away because they said I needed a clinic with more providers and therapists. They told me this in a text. I already have four therapists, one primary, a secondary and two back up therapists if anything happens. I also have a PCP who can prescribe medication. My PCP referred me to the clinic for additional med management. Wound up at Lonerock instead.
